Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product range and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection proceed to the checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
Payments are made securely via our payment service provider Paypal.
You will then receive an online "receipt" and automated email to confirm your order.
Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.
Cheekyz reserves the right to withdraw items from sale or alter item prices without notice before or after and order has been placed as we see fit. We also reserve the right to alter our Terms and Conditions without notice at any time.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for our postage fulfilment.
We charge a flat rate of £4.75, which includes insurance on items up to £500, ensuring your goods are fully covered until they reach their destination. In the event that your package exceeds 1kg in weight, we will advise you of additional postage charges. Once consent has been provided we will issue a PayPal invoice for the additional postage and on receipt of payment, we will forward your goods.
We use Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For, for our shipping fulfilment. We charge a flat rate of £13.00, which includes insurance on items up to £500, ensuring your goods are fully covered until they reach their destination. In the event that your package exceeds 1kg in weight, we will advise you of additional postage charges. Once consent has been provided we will issue a PayPal invoice for the additional postage and on receipt of payment, we will forward your goods.
Cheekyz does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
When you order from us we will require your name, address, email address and other similar details to enable us to process your order and deliver the goods ordered.
As part of our efforts to ensure that you are aware of the latest developments and offers, we would like to use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our site. If you would like to receive this information, please indicate your preference when placing your order. You may un-subscribe at any time - just send us an email saying that you would like to un-subscribe.
Credit Card Security
Security is probably one if the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted.
Cheekyz has chosen Paypal to process all credit card payments made on this website. We do not receive any credit card details ourselves, only a confirmation that the transaction has been authorised.

Our normal hours of business are 9.00am to 5.00pm Mon-Fri.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please return them to us in the original packing and condition within 7 days of receipt with a proof of posting.
Sale & marked down goods can be exchanged for a credit note or alternative product, providing goods are returned within 7 days of reciept, with proof of purchase.
Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the products and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For faulty items the cost of returned postage will be refunded to you.
To return and products to us, please:
1. Make sure to tell us whether you want an exchange or refund.
2. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
3. Pack the items safely, enclose the invoice.
